Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how Ops Pilot CRM uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is similar but stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers automatically.
2. Cookies we use
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work, so they do not require consent under PECR:
- authToken: keeps staff users signed in across the app and company subdomains. Expires when your session ends or you log out.
- clientAuthToken: keeps client portal users signed in. Expires when the session ends or the user logs out.
- Local storage: remembers your session, interface preferences (such as table layouts and filters) and onboarding progress.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
Some features load third-party services that may set their own cookies, for example Stripe on payment pages and Google during Google sign-in or when connecting Gmail. These are governed by those providers' own cookie policies.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies above, you will not be able to sign in to Ops Pilot.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this page if we start using new types of cookies. Questions: support@opspilotcrm.com
